Package transport provides a mechanism to send requests with https cert,
key, and CA.
In the call graph viewer below, each node
is a function belonging to this package
and its children are the functions it
calls—perhaps dynamically.
The root nodes are the entry points of the
package: functions that may be called from
outside the package.
There may be non-exported or anonymous
functions among them if they are called
dynamically from another package.

Functions may be omitted if they were
determined to be unreachable in the
particular programs or tests that were
analyzed.
func New(flagset plugin.FlagSet) http.RoundTripper
New returns a round tripper for making requests with the
specified cert, key, and ca. The flags tls_cert, tls_key, and tls_ca are
added to the flagset to allow a user to specify the cert, key, and ca. If
the flagset is nil, no flags will be added, and users will not be able to
use these flags.
